To ensure the best experience, sessions will be available only on weekdays. Weekends get too crowded, and I know you don’t want a bunch of strangers in the background. Keeping it to two sessions per evening allows for:

- Extra time to capture genuine moments
- Faster turnaround—ready in time for Mother’s Day 💕
- More flexible rescheduling if needed

🌸 Backup Dates & Flexibility
In the event that the wildflowers aren’t at their peak or it rains, backup dates will be provided at no additional cost to ensure your session takes place. Please make sure you’re available for your original date as well as at least one alternate date.
Wildflower season typically peaks within a two-week window, which varies slightly each year. Flexibility is key—but don’t worry, I’ve been doing this for years, and my timing is usually spot on! 😉
Payment & Rescheduling Policy
Due to the nature of these sessions and high booking demand, the $100 retainer and any payments made toward this session are non-refundable. However, any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be transferred to another type of session. If you are unable to make your session you will be offered an alternative date up to one time and the set will NOT be the same.
For any questions before or after booking, please email [email protected]. I respond to emails within 24-48 hours, Tuesday – Friday. Emails sent Saturday – Monday may receive a response the following Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding!
